Responsibilities
• Supervise outsourced functions, including performance of the service provider, due diligence visits, leading all aspects of risk and control environments, investigation of NAV related queries.
• Daily NAV oversight checking AUM , Custodian Reports , pricing and trade instruction with Outsourcing service provider
• Assist in the preparation of distribution pay out process and financial statements; managing local audits, working closely with Fund auditor and service provider.
• Work with Taiwan Business Operations around trades, corporate actions and transfer agent services for Subscription and Redemptions for day-to-day operations
• Manage shareholder taxation relationships and tax aspects relating to the funds in conjunction with Product Tax and ensuring a robust procedural and oversight environment.
• Monthly Regulatory Reporting preparation, including regular and ad hoc reporting externally and internally
• Expertise in fund valuation as well as associated reporting and requirements. Ensure compliance with all relevant our policies and regulatory requirements across all Products.
• Represent Fund Admin in product launch and change management in the senior member’s absence in the team
• Represent our around Fund Admin related issues in the Taiwan marketplace and where applicable and possible, participate in relevant industry working groups
Requirements:
• Professional Licenses: SITCA licensing (Securities Investment Trust & Consulting Professionals) is required
• Understanding of the fund valuation and associated transaction lifecycle and key control frameworks.
• Have the experience in handling Taiwan government mandate tasks is better.
• Can work effectively within a small team and also across several larger teams.
• Understanding of financial markets and related instruments.
• Working knowledge and understanding of trade processing, settlement processes and systems, e.g. Bloomberg.
• Teammate with excellent attention to detail, problem solving / analytical abilities, research skills and willingness to learn
• Excellent communication skills.
• PC proficient with experience in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and various Investment Management and trading platforms,

As the Head of Product Marketing in Taiwan, you'll lead innovative strategies to position the company's products uniquely in the market. You'll work closely with sales and investment teams to create compelling marketing propositions, ensuring alignment across all marketing efforts. Your role will shape how products are perceived and drive growth in Taiwan.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Taiwan Product Marketing team, integrating closely with broader marketing, product, and investment teams.
- Foster strategic client communications to highlight the company’s strengths and product positioning.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of products, focusing on investment strategies, performance, and market positioning, to develop unique marketing propositions.
- Create and deliver compelling investment insights and high-quality marketing materials for digital platforms, events, and public relations.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of marketing professionals, setting clear objectives, promoting skill enhancement, and instilling a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Work in partnership with sales and ID teams to ensure responsive and insightful client engagement.
FP&A Assistant Manager/Manager/Controller
- FMCG/Retail/pharma industry, logistics / high-tech or Semi-conductor financial analysis experience 6-15 years exp. preferred.
- Business commercial sales/marketing financial analysis, budgeting/forecasting and financial reporting(60%) (as a business partner)
• Work with Sales and other internal teams to develop business strategies and deliver targets; provide pricing and product P&L analysis / strategy
• Provide goal-setting, budgets, profit forecasting, and gap analysis for business units.
CPA firm experience is a plus. CPA license a plus.
- SAP a plus. Good Excel ability / presentation /communication skills a must.

- Prepare planning and forecast information and periodical reporting to business and related parties.
