1. Responsible for the installation, testing, modification and maintenance of client equipment or components...etc
2. Responsible for technical support and after-sales service to maintain customer relationships and satisfaction
3. Responsible for tracking and handling abnormal equipment or parts problems reported by customers
4. Coordinate and integrate sales and service-related work across departments, and track and handle each item one by one
5. Other matters assigned by the supervisor
