Participate in Compensation and Benefits Surveys to Provide Benchmarking Data
Collect data from compensation and benefits surveys, analyze it, and use it for benchmarking assessments.
Collaborate with HR and Finance Teams on Data Analysis and Budget Planning
Work closely with HR and Finance teams to analyze HR data and provide support for budget planning and forecasting needs.
Evaluate and Improve Benefits Programs
Assess the effectiveness of current benefits programs and provide recommendations to meet employee needs while enhancing cost efficiency.
Ensure Accuracy and Updates of Employee Data in HRIS
Regularly update and maintain employee information in the HRIS to ensure accuracy, including personal data, job details, compensation, benefits, and performance records.
Maintain HRIS Processes and System Documentation
Design and maintain HRIS processes and related documentation to ensure system efficiency and consistency.
Analyze HR Data and Generate Reports
Analyze HR data and generate relevant reports, metrics, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making.
Participate in HR-Related Projects
Contribute to HR-related projects, such as system implementation, process improvement, and automation initiatives.
