Business Analyst Officer acts as a communication bridge between developers, clients, and third parties. This role involves analyzing client requirements and preparing business/software requirement documents for developers. The scope of work covers online products, backend systems, and third-party products, while also assisting in optimizing business processes.
Responsibilities
• Identify customer needs, understand the problems they aim to solve, and document all project-related information comprehensively.
• Gather and analyze business and functional requirements.
• Create specification documents, workflow diagrams, and system architecture diagrams.
• Write user stories based on stakeholder requirements and prepare related documents such as Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and High-Level Requirements (HLR).
• Plan and estimate projects, monitor, and evaluate the progress at various stages.
• Manage the Product Backlog and prioritize it based on changing requirements.
• Ensure requirement documents are complete, accurate, understandable, consistent, and verifiable.
• Collaborate with software development teams to accurately convey and translate client requirements during the development process.
• Work with design teams to evaluate technical options.
• Cooperate with QA teams to develop better testing methods.

1. Administer, configure, and maintain the CRM system to support business functions.
2. Managing CRM system roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
3. Manage integration of CRM system, other SAAS and in house systems.
4. Upgrading and configuring CRM systems for optimized integration.
5. Ensure CRM data integrity, performing audits and cleansing activities as needed.
6. Implement and enforce data governance policies within the CRM system.
7. Develop and execute CRM training programs for internal users to enhance adoption.
8. Provide technical support and guidance to users, resolving CRM-related issues.
Business Analysis:
1. Gather, document, and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.

• Minimum 3-5 years of business analysis experience, must in software / internet related industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (English and Mandarin)

• Proficiency in business process modeling and documentation tools.
• Able to travel occasionally.
