Business Manager (BM) aims to maximize and facilitate business via driving Regions/Countries to align HQ product strategy and business direction, integrating internal resources across function teams to fulfill business needs in terms of product, price, demand/supply, marketing and even technical supports. The BM also acts as the advocate for the regional offices and in parallel represents HQ in all business communication. The BM needs to become the experts of company solutions, product portfolios. Define business/ product lines strategies and roadmaps with Product Management Team and each regional office. Working with oversea national subsidiaries and/or channel partners, to driving business across all accounts. The ideal candidate has knowledge of AUTO ID industry and proven track record experience in related fields, and able to function independently as well as cross function and inter-department communications. Builds and maintains strategic and effective relationships with internal teams including oversea sales, pre-sales, post-sales teams, and/or external customers/ partners. This position creates, grows and enhances its business level through solution integrators and channel partners together with internal teams mentioned above, while expanding our market share.
