主要職責:
- 制定以用戶為核心、數據驅動的行銷運營策略,以達成用戶及收入增長目標;
- 操作數位行銷工具、本地Social media經營、KOL/KOC合作洽談...等;
- 挖掘當地市場趨勢及用戶使用偏好,跨部門協作,落實本地化運營策略;
- 當地的行銷、媒體資源拓展及合作溝通
- 管理相關實習生/外包人員的專案執行進度
- 英文能力佳
- Develop user-focused, data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve product objectives;
- Operate digital marketing tools, local social media management, KOL/KOC cooperation negotiation... etc;
- Explore market trends and user preferences, and collaborate with other teams to implement localized marketing initiatives;
- Developing and communicating with local agents;
- Assist in managing the progress of interns and contractors;

Scope
Be responsible for renewal and upselling revenue, client usage and adoption rate, and creation of scalable flows or frameworks
Main Responsibilities
-Drive the successful adoption and onboarding of evelab insight services to help customers realize the business value of our partnership and offerings.
- Guide clients through the changes needed to unlock the full value of evelab insight, and help their staff, train, and align their people and partners to deliver on transformation.
-Partner with business development teams and executives to develop strategic and technical plans that help customers achieve their business objectives.
-Coordinate internal resources to support product delivery, implementation, and deployment.
- Identify and analyze client needs to help the internal team improve product offering
-Output and share customer success stories and best practices in the industry
-Maintain client relationship by providing support and paying attention to the market dynamics, risks, and problems that may affect customers.
