As a Frontend Engineer at Ezily, you'll build high-performance web applications across our product suite. You'll work closely with Product Management and stakeholders to improve existing features and create new ones.
【Key Responsibilities】
- Develop features and improvements to the Ezily product in a secure, well-tested, and performant way.
- Work with Product Management and other stakeholders (other engineers, UX, customers, etc) to integrate on features within the Ezily products.
- Deliver high quality codes with high maintainability and meet best-practices for the modern web-application.
- Help improve the overall experience of our product through improving the quality of the Frontend features.
- Help identify areas of improvements in the code base and help contribute to make it better.
- Learn, collaborate, and teach other engineers. Everyone can contribute something new to the team regardless of how long they’ve been in the industry.
- Contribute to and follow our workflow process.
- Consistently ship small features and improvements with minimal guidance and support from other team members.
【Qualifications】
- Proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and a modern framework (React, VueJS, Angular, etc.)
- Experience using Git in a workplace environment
- A solid understanding in core web and browser concepts.
- Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated capacity to clearly and concisely communicate about technical, architectural, and/or organizational problems and propose thorough iterative solutions.
- Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-pace environment.
- Demonstrated ability to onboard and integrate with an organization long-term.
- Positive and solution-oriented mindset.
【Nice to have】
- Experience working in a high-performance organization, ideally a tech startup
- Demonstrated passion for technology through blog writing and knowledge sharing
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and related technologies (e.g., payment gateways, inventory management systems) is a plus
