3. 負責保存與管理寄售合約,維護並更新登記資料,並定期追蹤合約條款的執行狀況。
4. 上傳增值稅發票到政府網站及列印,郵寄給客戶。
5. 協助臨時交辦事項。
• Perform order processing tasks and transactions including regular reporting.
• Monitor incoming orders and any inquiries in the general mailbox.
• Custodian of Consignment contracts storage and maintain a register to keep track implementation status of the terms.
• Manage VAT invoices in government electronic platform, print and mail to customers.
• Support any ad hoc tasks in Customer Operations.

Responsibilities
As a Statutory and Tax senior associate, you will manage the local statutory audit, tax accounting, local direct and indirect tax duties while ensuring compliance with Taiwan Tax Law.
Statutory Audit & Financial Reporting
-Coordinate and oversee the month-end close activities with Finance Shared Services team in Malaysia and India across all finance & accounting processes to deliver high quality on time reporting and closing.
-Well plan and lead annual audit, liaise with the external auditor and coordinate other functions to ensure sufficient resources to complete the statutory audit on a timely basis to meet Global deadline.
-Support warehouse & logistics team to perform audit physical stocktake annually.
-Respond to ad hoc queries of reporting from various stakeholders including Finance and different business functions.
Tax Reporting & Compliance
-Conduct month-end tax reconciliations for revenue/COGS/withholding.
-Responsible for direct or indirect tax matters of the company to ensure that tax reports are filed on time and comply with Taiwanese tax regulations.
-Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly/annually required tax related reports and government survey on time.
-Collaborates with the different teams and stakeholders on the VAT requirement.
-Follow up closely and work on required information for VAT refunds with Government Authority if any.
-Act as single point of contact to comply with local and global tax assignments.
Team Leadership and Development
-Integrate and train both local and share service team share local market practice to -support the continued professional development of the team.
1. Maintains high data quality and compliance in the IT system management processes including IT Incident and Service Request management.
2. Troubleshooting issues of user computer hardware/software or local infrastructure service outages including escalation to respective service lines.
3. Ensures new associates receive necessary hardware on the first day.
4. Manage PC lifecycle according to global client asset policy.
5. Support global IT projects and provide local IT onsite support and service.
6. Adherence to global IT policies and procedures, provide IT communications and training to local end users where required.

•Develop KPI for any omni channel programs and conduct analysis to keep driving program efficiency with consumer insight through the whole consumer journey.
•Manage SEO/SEM to maximize the opportunity of conversion in lower funnel.
•Increase digital capability across brand team through good partnership with global media agency and local digital agencies.
•Lead quarterly review with agencies to ensure on-brief strategy implementation.
