We're looking for a proactive HR Generalist to support our fast-paced retail operations and head office HR team. This role covers recruitment, HR admin, general affairs, and cross-functional HR projects. Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Onboarding (Retail and Back Office)
• Coordinate with warehouse managers and department heads to identify hiring needs
• Draft and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms (e.g., 104)
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and arrange second-round/final interviews
• Assist in mass hiring for warehouse openings or seasonal demands
• Manage offer letters, pre-employment checks, onboarding paperwork, and welcome processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, Admin, Training) to ensure a smooth onboarding experience
2. HR Administration & Employee Support
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and physical files
• Support policy/standard updates and assist in communicating HR guidelines and procedures
3. General Affairs & Office Support
• Coordinate general office services such as stationery, office supplies, and vendor relations
• Liaise with vendors for maintenance, cleaning, or repairs when needed
• Assist in organizing staff and internal events (e.g., snacks, employee gifts)
• Handle monthly accounts payable (AP) processing, including invoice verification, payments, and vendor coordination of office general affairs
4. HR Projects & Cross-Departmental Collaboration
• Support the implementation of HR projects such as onboarding improvements, or employee retention/selection programs
• Assist in data collection and HR reporting (e.g., headcount reports, turnover analysis)
• Coordinate with store/warehouses and operations teams to ensure HR policies are well executed in the field
• Support internal/external initiatives related to recruiting projects
