Job Purpose and Impact The Finance Lead will provide necessary financial rigor and analytics to develop the company's business strategy. In this role, you will complete advanced analysis of economic and competitive business risks and opportunities and collaborate with peers across the function to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function. Key Accountabilities Translate financial metrics into actionable insights that improve decision making, performance and business growth in a business segment with a moderate opportunity to impact. Implement key performance indicators to crate, maintain and preserve value as an analyst for a highly complex business group or segment. Support the financial evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and joint ventures and other new business development opportunities. Integrate disparate sources of data using a broad range of analytical data tools and knowledge of statistical methodology and predictive modeling techniques. Provide financial support to accomplish plans, including financial modeling, scenario planning, valuation, monitoring performance against strategic decisions with a moderate opportunity to impact the business. In collaboration with stakeholders and peers, identify opportunities to improve data integrity to enable analysis and insights. Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff. Join us as Games Operation Manager to run the fun and exciting skill games at Leofoo Village Theme Park! The main areas of responsibility are as follows, but are not limited to: - Oversee and manage your team in your area to ensure sites are run to a high standard and efficiently - Engage with park management and with the General Manager / Site Manager, to ensure any potential areas for business development are actively pursued. - Ensure sites comply with all Health & Safety, Employment law and Operating compliance requirements. - Ensure that cash collections are carried out accurately, securely and in line with agreed procedure with the Park. - Manage and control the stock on site. - Recruitment and Manpower management of your team. - To carry out any other reasonable duties as required by the General Manager / Site Manager and to work in other areas of the operation, where necessary. - Maintain a close liaison at all times with your management team, communicating company information and updates in procedure as and when required. - Ensure any unresolved problems are dealt with satisfactorily. - Day to day operation of our pay as you go games unit, upselling our games to customers - Visual merchandising of our prize displays and overall tidiness of game units - Ensure all staff have received a full Company induction and Park induction along with adequate and specific training in order to perform in their roles. - Provide exceptional customer service to our guests - Management of a small float and paperwork in support of the float - Explanation of the rules of the game to our customers - Work within the company‘s Health & Safety policy. - Inform your line manager of any irregularities or issues - Replace stock as it runs low. - Take part in any stock checks as required.
