*POSITION SUMMARY： • To prepare, complete, and distribute pertinent shipping documents to all appropriate parties. • Keep smooth communication with customers and global agents for cargo transportation. • Supply good service to customers and agents. **PRINCIPLE DUTIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Prepare shipping arrangement , and consolidation with customer’s documents, House bills of lading and any other documentation deemed necessary to complete an export transaction. Distribute documents to the appropriate parties in a timely manner to ensure the smooth flow of export cargo. • De-consolidate import cargoes and arrange hand over and delivery of import documents and shipments. • Input data into the system to create file, shippers export declaration transmission, invoice to client and shipment tracing update. • Assist in tracing and following up cargo to ocean destination to ensure prompt delivery of freight. • Other duties as assigned to the position.

1. 海運出口訂艙 , 製作S/I , VGM, AMS, ISF, FMC資料輸入及申報 2. 海運出口SO/提單製作以及內容核對 3. 國內外帳單製作以及Pre-Alert發送 4. 追蹤客戶出貨動態, 協助排解客戶的出口突發狀況 5. 完成主管交待事項
