==About The Job==
The role as Strategy & Operations Manager at Cenra Inc. offers significant professional and personal development opportunities. This position will play a key role in driving our strategies initiatives, which involves a diverse range of tasks and responsibilities focus on continuous development of Cenra's growth strategy and processes. This role will be working closely with the CEO and Head of Strategy & Operations Office.
[ Operations planning]
■Facilitate and manage selected cross-functional deep-dives and special projects on business gaps or cases issued by CEO, including but not limited to revenue growth, cost optimization, and organizational effectiveness.
■Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely completion of project deliverables.
■Serve as a sounding board to working-level project teams and/or stakeholders with objectives of resolving inefficiencies and roadblocks, and keeping the projects on track with agreed timelines.
■Develop and maintain the materials or tools for business reviews using data-driven approach to ensure the overall health of the organization and projects.
[ Strategy planning]
■Develop and/or facilitate the corporate/BU strategy planning to ensure long-term corporate growth.
■Develop and/or facilitate the new business development process, including but not limit to incubating new business model, developing new market, and M&A.
