Job summary:
We are seeking an experienced International Sales Program Manager to lead and oversee our global projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong international project management skills, demonstrating the ability to navigate diverse cultural landscapes, coordinate complex initiatives across multiple regions and manage on business strategy, analyst and plan for new business opportunity
Duties/ Responsibilities:
1. Business Development(Sales) Responsibilities:
- Execute RFQ correctly and timely to customers.
- Analysis competitors' movement for better business strategy plan.
- Engage target customers for new business opportunities.
- Work closely with Product Portfolio for competitive technology to win over competitors.
- Make sales proposal during Business-Acquisition-Phase.
- Handle sensitive commercial issues with customers .
- Work with existing customers on new projects.
- Execute RFQ correctly and timely to customers.
- Handle sensitive commercial issues with customers.
2. Project Management Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage international projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Manage the engineering activities with customers during the development and production of automotive products according to the DESAY SV development process.
- Manage the product design team comprised of members with hardware, software, mechanical, systems, requirements and validation disciplines
- Schedule and lead the product design team meetings. Some meetings may periodically held in evening or early morning to accommodate our global skills base and typically occur on a weekly basis.
- Manage engineering deliverables for product development gate reviews.
