Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct final product inspections and quality checks before shipment to ensure compliance with specifications and quality standards.
• Ensure the outsourced products meet internal QA standards and customer requirements.
• Maintain and improve the quality management system according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.
• Manage QA documentation, support quality audits, and coordinate with suppliers regarding quality issues.
• Handle customer feedback related to product quality, perform root cause analysis, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, and Customer Service) to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
• 負責產品出貨前的品質檢驗與確認,確保符合公司品質標準與規格要求。
• 確保外包製造產品符合內部品保準則與客戶需求。
• 維護並優化符合 ISO 9001 和 ISO 14001 的品質管理系統。
• 管理品質相關文件、支援稽核作業,並與供應商就品質議題進行溝通協調。
• 處理產品品質相關的客訴,進行原因分析並提出改善對策。
• 與工程、客戶服務等內部團隊合作,提升產品品質與客戶滿意度。
