【Mission/Purpose of the Job 】
The mission of the MarCom Manager is to lead, coordinate and run communication activities within the business Area in Taiwan with the objective of supporting sustainable profitable growth. This includes the responsibility for the structure and tools of internal and external communication and ensuring they are aligned to the strategic objectives of the regional Edwards customer center and divisional objectives.
【Main Responsibilities】
Edwards Taiwan overall external & internal marketing communication strategy & management.
Establish Edwards prominent position among semiconductor ecosystem through different communications channels and tools, including associations partnership, industry exhibitions and events, digital marketing, general media and others.
Create solid content and identify effective platforms for product and technology marketing.
Promote thought leadership through platforms like international forums, association committees, press and other industrial alignment.
Manage marcom logistics include website update, communication materials translation and proof read, brand guideline alignment and so on.
Work with top management on communicating corporate culture and values.
Act as a brand steward, implementing the brand promise and upholding brand identity and consistency in all projects, including correct branding of our premises, vehicles.
Develop and executive internal communication campaigns to enhance employee sense of belonging and understanding to corporate vision & mission.
Update regional marcom best practices and activities to region, division and Atlas Copco Group monthly.
Work with other functions, such as but not limited to, sales, products, applications and HR for communication purposes.
Take any tasks and projects assigned by the immediate manager/supervisor.
To Succeed, you will need
【Skills / Knowledge / Experience 】
Fluent in English both oral and written.
Knowledge and understanding of sales, marketing, communications and brand.
Professional qualification in Marketing or adequate knowledge through experience.
Self-motivated with the ability to generally work unsupervised and use personal initiative in progressing own work.
A flexible approach, able to cope with a constantly changing environment and priorities, work under pressure and handle variable workloads.
A good communicator with the ability to deal with people effectively and with authority, including at senior management level within the Vacuum Technique and all other external and customer interfaces.
Show a concern for order by being personally well organised, including looking for ways of improving processes.
Basic skills in Creative Suites (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), web publishing tools and social media.
Excellent skills in MS Office; PPT, Word, Excel.
【Scope of the job 】
This role will manage and support the regional Edwards engagement in the Semiconductor, Display, Solar and LED markets. The key activities will be managing and maintaining the business brand strategies through external and internal promotional activities.
This role will report to the Taiwan customer center
