Responsibilities:
- Providing project planning and management for established initiatives
- Oversee all activities in a project life-cycle (define project plans, manage implementation activities, and develop processes, documentation and communications for project rollout and ongoing support)
- Demonstrating ownership of the entire process from beginning to end, and ensuring that projects are completed to specification, within an established time frame
- Coordinate directly with stakeholders to get user and business requirements
- Clarify user requirements for both technical and business users
- Coordinate both internal resources / stakeholders / vendors for smooth execution of projects and to meet timelines
- Interface with the developer for operations issues(pre-sales support, service delivery, after-sales support)
- Manage changes to projects include scope, schedule and resource
