About the Role:
Zykronix is seeking a driven and experienced Senior International Marketing and Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. In this senior-level role, you will be critical in supporting our international sales initiatives and expanding our reach into new markets. Working closely with our CEO, you will learn the complexities of global sales strategies and contribute to growing our international customer base.
Responsibilities
• Assist in developing and executing international marketing and sales strategies to meet company growth targets
• Research and identify new market opportunities and customer segments in assigned territories
• Support the CEO in establishing relationships with potential clients and partners
• Prepare and deliver presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and solutions
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in HubSpot CRM systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
• Negotiate and close high-value contracts with international clients
• Represent the company at global trade shows and industry events
• Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to executive leadership
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in an international context
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in international sales or business development
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
