We are seeking a creative and talented Marketing Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing compelling visual content across various digital platforms, enhancing our brand presence, and ensuring consistency in all marketing materials. This role requires a strong understanding of design principles, proficiency in relevant design software, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into visually appealing designs.
Responsibilities:
• Digital Marketing Design:
o Create and design all ad creatives (images and videos) for digital marketing campaigns using Adobe Creative Cloud (CC), Canva, and Adobe Firefly.
o Design and curate multimedia content for Amazon listings and Shopify webpages, enhancing product listings with high-quality visuals.
o Design engaging graphics and videos for social media platforms, email marketing campaigns, and other digital channels.
• Web and UI Design:
o Design visually engaging ad creatives for Shogun and Shopify themes, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across the website.
o Collaborate with the app development team to create user-friendly UI elements using Adobe XD.
• Packaging and Print Design:
o Develop packaging designs and visual merchandising materials using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
o Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, and trade show graphics.
• Brand and Marketing Collateral:
o Maintain and enhance the visual identity of the brand across all platforms.
o Develop marketing collateral such as case studies, whitepapers, and product catalogs to ensure all materials are visually consistent and professionally designed.
• Photography and Image Editing:
o Manage product photography and edit images for various marketing purposes.
o Coordinate with photographers and videographers as needed.
• Project Management and Collaboration:
o Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other designers to create cohesive marketing campaigns.
o Manage design projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
o Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for marketing initiatives.
• Technical Skills Development:
o Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
o Continuously improve design skills and software proficiency through training and professional development.
