1. 產線事務及人力管理，負責作業員出缺勤、紀律管理及教育訓練、考核 2. 生產異常排除，負責生產品質及效率掌握和提昇，現場6S需求及督導 3. 檢查管理工作環境 4. 生產品質提昇及產能達成，合理的人員規劃安排及工作排程成生產計劃 5. 生產異常排除及改善，解決、協調作業員在作業時發生的問題，提昇生產效能 6. 協調各部門協調工作 7. 主管交辦事項

1. 熟電腦繪圖軟件操作 2. 經驗不拘，若有包袋、鞋或服裝相關產業打版經驗更佳 3. 需長期外派到泰國工作
