【Full Job Description】
• Provide high-level and in-depth technical support by answering phone, e-mail and web inquiries for end-users.
• Work collaboratively with clients, team members, implementation consultants, and resources across Advent global office locations to achieve desired results.
• Own and address client needs and product issues from inception to resolution.
• Interpret and validate technical issues, test solutions, follow up and escalate when necessary.
• Maintain and create detailed documentation by logging support cases, e-mail, and knowledge base articles for client and internal use.
【Your Skills and Experience】
• Strong background in IT or have previously worked for any IT-related accounts
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills with strong attention to detail
• Proven aptitude to learn knowledge and information promptly
• Solid troubleshooting and analysis/resolution skills
• Ability to understand and convey client business requirements to escalation with development teams
• Works well under pressure. Can be resourceful, even with limited tools & resources.
