1. Team Management:
.Lead and manage a team of four sales and technical specialists to achieve annual sales targets.
.Provide training and development to ensure 4 team members can effectively sell and support PCV2 vaccines and other products, aiming for a year-over-year growth in individual performance.
.Conduct regular performance reviews and set quarterly objectives that align with achieving overall sales targets.
2. Sales Management
.Target Achievement: Drive annual sales growth to meet or exceed the target, focusing on increasing market share for PCV2 vaccines.
.Key Accounts Management: Maintain and expand relationships with major clients such as 大成 and 卜蜂, 台糖ensuring an increase in sales revenue from these accounts year-over-year.
.Direct Sales: Spearhead direct sales efforts, contributing to at least 60% of total sales revenue, with a focus on maintaining and growing relationships with key accounts.
.Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the pig and chicken sectors, aiming to add at least two new major clients per year.
3. Technical Support:
.Provide expert technical support for the use of PCV2 vaccines, with the goal of reducing customer complaints and improving product adoption rates within key accounts.
.Lead technical training sessions for clients and internal teams to ensure product efficacy and compliance with industry standards.
4. Client Relationship Management:
.Act as the primary point of contact for major clients, managing relationships that have historically contributed significantly to company revenue.
.Regularly review client needs and product performance, providing detailed feedback and solutions to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
5. Strategic Planning:
.Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow market share in the economic animals sector, focusing on both revenue growth and market penetration.

.Work closely with senior management to align departmental objectives with the broader company strategy, ensuring consistent progress towards long-term goals.
