Through a popular TV commercial film, Risal became the ranking 1 in Kids healthcare brand in Taiwan. In 2005, we took over and merged with Da-Ya pharma, becoming VIGILL pharmaceutical company, specialized in developing women personal care products. Shinyi covers OTC, medical devices, cosmetics, food and food supplements 5 categories Taiwan retail markets.
With an advantageous background in cooperation with Japanese and Israeli pharmaceutical companies in R&D and manufacturing, as well as in cooperation with overseas brands in distribution, our business and products spread across countries including Taiwan, Japan, China, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the overall operation of e-commerce platforms in the Southeast Asian region (e.g., product assortment, pricing control, promotional campaigns, and customer management).

2. Identify and develop overseas distributors and various sales channels.

3. Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve KPI and sales targets.
編列年度計畫,達成年度KPI業績目標。
4. Manage department personnel and set work performance goals.
部門人員管理及工作指標規劃。
5. Plan and execute annual marketing strategies and related campaigns.
規劃部門年度行銷計畫及執行相關活動.
6. Identify suitable marketing channels (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube) and media partnerships (e.g., influencer collaborations) to promote products overseas, increasing brand awareness, traffic, and conversion rates.
尋找適合的行銷管道(FB,IG,YT),媒體聯盟(如KOC,業配合作)等。。於海外推廣產品,提高品牌知名度、流量和轉化率。
7. Monitor and analyze the performance of advertising platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and make strategic decisions based on Google Ads and GA4 insights.
檢視管理FB, IG, Tiktok,抖音等廣告平臺成效,能依據Google Ads、GA4做出合理判斷及策略。
