Drive Opto Growth Plan in Asia (OGPA) . Manages or performs work across multiple Product Marketing Areas:
1. Driving the Opto Strategy for the region in aligned with PM. Formulate & Drive global strategies where possible in aligned with Regional MD.
2. Defining targeted customer segments including Application, products, and associated messaging.
3. Developing marketing strategies and plans. With information gathered from close customer contact.
4, Coordinating new design follow ups and technical support to Sales and FAEs.
5. Analyzing markets and building strong customer relationships to identify and reveal opportunities,
6. Planning, specifying, and coordinating new product developments and inform commercial target
conditions.
7. Support annual Budget planning for Opto product lines (forecast demand for customer, product, pricing).
8. P&L Advertising & Promotion: Creating or coordinating the production and distribution of advertising and
promotional materials including datasheets, application notes and design tools.
9, Marketing Research & Analysis:
- Gathering and analyzing marketplace trends and customer data.
- Product training for Sales / FAE / BM and Distribution.
- Frequent visit of key customers and Distribution partners.
