职位描述
中国劳工观察正在寻找一位经验丰富的社会媒体专家,加入我们的项目团队。你将为多个官方社交媒体渠道做出贡献,管理每个渠道的内容策略和质量;衡量和分析不同的活动,提出社交媒体则略的建议,以提高未来的表现。这个社会媒体专家的职位要求中文流利,对中国的人权和劳工问题有浓厚兴趣。
工作职责
策划和制作高质量、有吸引力、可跨平台使用的原创内容。
拥有并运营多个官方社交媒体和信号渠道,以及每个渠道的内容策略/产出和结果。
对紧急和高优先级的传播工作有较高的可用性和支持。
创新并实施测试和学习策略,同时提供结果
视频编辑
分析社交媒体状况,为项目团队提供关于热点话题、突发新闻和情绪/市场观察的可操作的见解(实时)。
通过一对一以及一对多的对话,参与并建立社区。
资历
要求具备英语和汉语普通话的口头和书面交流能力。
有2年以上品牌数字营销或社交媒体相关工作经验,有管理经验者优先。
每周至少有20个小时的工作时间。
对一般的人权和劳工问题有敏锐的感觉和理解。
能够优先处理并成功完成多个正在进行的项目
对最新的社会趋势和新闻的认识。
对Twitter、百度贴吧以及那里的子社区有很深的了解。
精通Twitter、Facebook、YouTube、微信和TikTok。
有强烈的责任感和抗压能力。自我激励,以结果为导向。
有远程和原创经验者优先考虑。

We are asmag.com, a professional digital media focusing on security industry for years. Now we are looking for an editor to manage & plan the content generation of our English online media platform. The ideal candidate will have experiences in writing about technology and familiar with writing for websites and also qualified for the requirements below.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the work of in-house and freelance writers to ensure content quality and
style consistency.
2. Design materials for asmag.com including landing pages, banners, e-newsletters,
video production etc.
3. Responsible for placing Google ads to drive traffic to the website.
4. Monitor and analyze website statistics to drive traffic and generate article ideas.
Implement SEO tactics and ensure content is optimized for organic search growth.
5. Conduct online research for industry-related news, products, and companies to
serve as the basis for articles, case studies, and reports.
6. Survey readers and advertisers to understand their content preferences.
7. Maintain relationships with key industry players.
