-Own CRM function: Manage CRM eco-system; maximize the efficiency of the CRM data and software to improve customer care, including find/address issues to prevent and reduce consumer churn and strengthen loyalty.
-To identify, develop, track and optimize business growth opportunities across multiple platforms and user acquisition channels.
-Collaborating with cross-functional teams (ie. MarCom/Product/PR/Editorial) to support growth initiatives.
-To constantly cultivating team members and help injecting data-driven mindset/approach into company culture.
