You Will Make an Impact By:
Conduct the internal new customer registration documentation and coordinate sales teams with finance team.
Perform administrative support and communication efficiently such as completing new vendors/suppliers’ documents from new customers, filing sales contracts, assisting sales documents with Product Marketing Managers (PMMs).
Coordinate and cooperate with internal relevant departments and customers to complete sales and business documents.
Assist EL teams to support air ticket booking and traveling documentation.
Handle Inquiries and Correspondence: Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via email, and phone. Provide the relevant information and assist in resolving customers’ documentation or issues by coordinating with relevant departments.
Assist PMMs in sales documents with the relevant customers: Prepare and generate sales documents and files. Provide regular updates on sales metrics to the sales team and management.
Prepare and record monthly sales purchasing orders of monthly running cost statement for PMMs to specific customers
Inform customer of any changes in products origin; interact with corresponding qualification procedure and monitor till approval is obtained.
Skills You Bring:
Fluent in Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken), with strong proficiency in English and Thai.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or a related role, preferably in a B2B environment.
Experience working with Chinese-speaking clients or suppliers is highly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with CRM systems (SAP) and order management software is a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, particularly when processing orders and managing customer information.
Ability to troubleshoot issues with orders, deliveries, and customer requests efficiently.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, logistics, and production.
