Aims to provide overall supervision of Human Resources department of MBTw Group (MBTw & MBFSTw), to design, implement and lead the comprehensive HR strategies in MBTw Group and to ensure all HR initiatives & activities aligned with global guidelines as well as local regulation requirements to support the business achieve/increase its performance as the role of business partner. 1.
