Purpose of the Position:
Work as Sr. HRIS specialist to provide solid consulting services and operation support for HR systems, HR digital solutions, Reporting and Dashboard, Data Analytics, lead or be the key member of HRIS related projects, etc.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Work with Global HR Technology Ops. team on HR Systems’ support &
optimization in Asia region.
• Work with Global HR Process & Technology team on projects & initiatives to
improve HR efficiency, create HR capacity and increase employee experience.
• Data accuracy leader to ensure HR data’s integrity in system and deliver audit
analysis and support.
• Be the contact window between regional HR and corporate team on
requirements & voices upload and solutions roll out.
• Work with the appropriate business owners, project team and HR COEs to
evaluate requirements, build process, train users, convert data, and support go
live.
• Research best practices and keep abreast of trends in HR service delivery
development and related business applications to assist business owners in
meeting system and process goals.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with key stakeholders across the
organization.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, MIS or Computer Science
• At least 8 years working experience, incl. 3 years’ experience within HR
applications (SaaS or HR system)
• Good communication skill
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, high sense of responsibility and integrity.
• System knowledge preferred SAP SuccessFactors.
• Good interpersonal skills essential and strong team player across cultures and
disciplines
• Strong ability to interpret business needs into process and operational
requirements.
• Experience in working on cross-functional project teams.
• Fluent English in both verbal and written.
Required Skills:
• Solid knowledge on MS. Office including Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• HR related knowledge on Compensation & Benefits, Talent Acquisition &
Management, Learning & Development
• Strong analytical, requirements gathering and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, process-oriented and organized.
• Highly motivated, self-confident and demonstrate the ability to thrive and adapt
to change in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
• Quick and willing to learn new technology including HR system, reporting tools
and AI.
• Excellent communication (both verbal and written), and a commitment to
excellent customer service.
• Ability to work and communicate with individuals at all levels to accomplish
objectives.
• Ability to act on initiative to meet objectives.
Desired Skills:
• PMP will be a plus.
• Knowledge on Power BI will be a plus.
• SAP SuccessFactors experience will be a plus.
• Prior knowledge with Moveworks (AI, Chatbot) or similar tool.
