Qualification:
→3-5 years of work experience within Talent Acquisition, s/he will act as a talent advisor, communicate effectively with the recruiters, recruiting managers, hiring managers, and team members throughout the sourcing/recruitment process.
→Proven track record in sourcing and hiring candidates from diversified and unconventional sourcing channels (ATS, LinkedIn, Job portals, Social sites, etc.)
1. 【Talent Acquisition Specialist】
• Partner with recruiters to create an effective search strategy to fill open positions and proactively create pipelines
• Source, engage, and attract top talent to drive growth across our business verticals
• Through innovative research, build a candidate pipeline, effective outreach, i.e., developing high response generating messaging templates and comprehensive candidate screening and providing unparalleled candidate experience.
• Track and maintain a real-time record of candidates in ATS, monitor interview pipeline, and selection ratio of both diversity and non-diversity candidates.
2. 【Talent Acquisition Specialist – Sourcing】
• Source, engage and attract top talent for the ad-hoc business requests.
• Disposition and track employee referral resumes with agreed operational service levels
• Proactively build passive and active candidate pipelines to meet sourcing needs as per business expectations.
• Through innovative research, build a candidate pipeline and effective outreach for the weekday & weekend walk-in interviews
• Track and maintain a real-time record of candidates in ATS and monitor the interview pipeline and selection ratio of diversity and non-diversity candidates.
