To provide effective administration of employee records and logistical support to the HR Office, including but not limited to substitute arrangements, work schedule updates, office record follow-ups, relevant recruitment vetting processes, and email correspondence, to assist with School’s HR daily operations.
Requirement:
• Bachelor degree, major in administration or human resources management preferred
• Upper intermediate English proficiency and near Native Mandarin proficiency in speaking, writing, reading and listening
• Highly effective time management skills and punctuality
• Strict confidentiality with the ability to manage staff concerns, is-sues, and sensitive information independently and professionally
• Strong administrative, organizational, and office skills with keen attention to detail
• Effective communication skills in both English and Chinese, with a strong customer service orientation
• Strong logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to assess com-plex situations by considering causes and consequences
• Highly effective administrative, organizational, and coordination skills, with attention to detail
• Ability to understand, communicate, comply with, and interpret basic immigration regulations, visa, or HR-related inquiries
• Strong IT competency, with proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software, and the ability to quickly learn job-specific systems and software as required
The final monthly pay rate will be determined once the hiring decision is made and will be based on the candidate’s relevant work experience and qualifications.
