Technical Lead position is a key role in our financial client being part of the leadership team, this person will be responsible to manage all Engineering related systems (Electrical and Mechanical) including maintenance, governance, projects upgrades and replacements. • Management of Energy/Water/Environmental consumption on the account as well as manage consultants for new and replacement equipment to meet minimum standards of the bank. • The role will lead Country Engineering teams including vendor management and any self-delivery technical and handyman teams. • Expected to support and provide leadership and best practices to other account disciplines such as Health & Safety, Security etc. • Focal point for all Engineering, Energy and Project related account issues working closely with the Subject Matter Expert network and the Hub Leads to maximize the breadth of information produced across all the work-streams to provide insightful information to support decision making. • Ensuring a joined-up delivery approach across the spectrum of services delivered out of each country in Asia Pacific. • Having knowledge on Net-Zero of carbon emission, GHG inventory/verification and renewable energy to meet bank's environment strategy • Hardware provisioning on equipment, facilities to meet bank's friendly environment

This position will work with a team, and responsible for the Design and Management of Projects, including, but not limited to, meeting client, taking brief, constructing space requirement program, preparing layout planning, creating design concept, continuing design development, producing detail drawings, working on material selection, liaising with consultants and vendors, preparing cost estimates, performing quality assurance during construction, monitoring defects rectification, and undertaking project close out process, etc.
