The role of Assistant& Office Coordinator provides a range of support services to external visitors & internal stakeholders. Scope within all Taiwan offices in Hsinchu/ Taichung/ Tainan/ Kaohsiung).
Tasks:
1. Office mail/document postal affaires
2. Office supplies (ex. stationary, coffee bean, tea bag….) management
3. Routine refrigerator cleanness
4. Vending machine & snack boxes management
5. Domestic and International business trip management (Flight/ Hotel/ Car pickup & drop off/ Car rental/ Insurance)
6. Supporting Purchase Request/Payment Claim application to “Scanner Engineering team”
7. TW offices leasing and parking payment application
8. Office operations & services routine support and maintenance including:
l Catering service
l Cleaning service
l Parking service
9. Employee welfare and wellbeing support
10. Offsite meeting/ event planning and support
Main Tasks:
- Supporting sales by presenting the configuration and technical performance of all imaging system products; this requires in-depth knowledge of the products, in-depth knowledge of lithography process especially exposure and good presentation skills
- Constantly learning about new products/ lithography
- Supporting sales by verifying technical configurations in quotations to customers and interacting with customers to clarify technical issues
- Taking responsibility to drive product improvement to meet customer requirement via communicating with business unit and engineering dept
- Working with customer service & application dept. to get necessary support from product manager and engineering dept. to successfully acquire new tool installation acceptance
- Constantly collecting market information and trend of customer process requirement as reference for business unit to layout product roadmap
- It might be required to support other regions or participate forum event based on business need

- Write Quick Start Guides, User Guides, Product Tutorials, Command Line Interface
(CLI) Guides
- Create HTML Responsive Help, App Help, JSON Help, AI Help
- Give User Interface & Usability feedback
If you are :
- Good English writing skills
- Knowledge of computer networking and products such as DSL/Fiber Modems, WiFi7 Routers, 5G/ LTE Routers, Security Routers, Ethernet Switches, Cloud Management Systems etc.

Tasks:
- To support in the implementation of HR standards and processes for the entire HR department in close coordination with the headquarters, like recruitment, performance evaluation etc.
- Planning and implementation of HR projects in cooperation with the headquarters, for example on the topic of cultural development and in order to successfully implement the HR strategy.
- Mentor and guide team members throughout project lifecycles
- As strategic partner for executives (Taiwan and HQ)
- To support all other tasks which assigned by HR Director
