【Responsibilities】
1. Manage and oversee the operations across Fashion/Lifestyle brands to achieve sales target, maintain healthy inventory levels and operational efficiency.
2. Monitor sales targets, KPIs, P&L to ensure business is in line with annual budget. Define strategy and work daily on action plans to achieve sales targets across stores.
3. Maintain constant communication with managers, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the brands.
4. Lead, train and motivate Store Leaders, to drive sales and achieve targets.
5. Develop and maintain strong working relationship with landlords and department store floor managers in order to negotiate better deal for the company.
6. Ensure the execution of different CRM/VIP program/events. Ensure customer satisfaction is achieved by every store and staff member.
7. Ensure all brand guidelines are met and compliance of operational processes and procedures for store operations, visuals and marketing within the retail stores.
8. Strong partnering with cross-functional partners. Requires frequent communication and collaboration.
9. Managing a sizable retail team, monitoring staff performance and training.
10. Assist buying process by provide product and customer feedback.
11. Propose promotional and advertising campaigns to marketing team, collaborating with marketing team for smooth implementation of different marketing initiatives.
12. Implementation of store projects and renovations.
13. Track staffing requirements, hiring new employees as needed.
