- Drive initiatives in talent acquisition, retention, development, and organizational optimization to strengthen agility and competitiveness.
2. 制度與流程建置及優化 / HR Policy & Process Optimization
- 規劃、制定並持續優化各項人資制度與SOP,包括招募、甄選、報到、離退、考核、升遷與績效管理等。
- Design and continuously improve HR systems and SOPs, including recruitment, onboarding, termination, performance appraisal, promotion, and more.
- 建立績效導向與數據驅動的組織文化。
- Foster a performance- and data-driven culture.
3. 薪酬制度與獎酬策略管理 / Compensation & Reward Strategy Management
- 定期檢視並優化薪酬架構與激勵機制,確保符合法規並具市場競爭力。
- Review and update the company’s compensation structure and incentive schemes regularly, ensuring legal compliance and market competitiveness.
- 督導團隊落實薪資發放、獎金制度、年度調薪與福利措施。
- Oversee payroll operations, bonus allocation, annual salary adjustments, and employee benefits.
4. 人才發展與組織培訓 / Talent Development & Organizational Training
- 建立人才盤點與接班人計畫,確保關鍵職務與未來領導人力資源穩定供應。
- Develop talent inventory and succession planning to secure key role pipelines.
- 推動全員訓練與職涯發展計畫,強化組織學習與發展文化。
- Implement company-wide learning and career development programs to enhance organizational learning capabilities.
5. 勞資關係與風險管理 / Employee Relations & Risk Management
- 建立正向的勞資關係,主動預防及處理內部申訴與勞資糾紛。
- Establish proactive mechanisms for labor relations and manage grievance and dispute resolutions.
- 確保人資作業符合法規,降低法律與營運風險。
- Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and minimize operational and legal risks.
6. 預算規劃與成本控制 / Budget Planning & Cost Control
- 編製與管理年度人資預算,有效控管人事與招募相關費用。
- Prepare and manage the annual HR budget, ensuring efficient cost control across personnel-related expenditures.
- 提高資源使用效率,提升人資專案投資報酬率。
- Optimize resource utilization and enhance the ROI of HR initiatives.
7. 專案與變革管理 / Project & Change Management
- 主導跨部門專案(如組織再造、企業文化建立、數位轉型等),推動組織變革。
- Lead cross-functional HR projects such as organizational restructuring, culture initiatives, and digital transformation.
- 支援企業發展中的變革需求,協助各部門有效轉型。
- Support departments in managing and adapting to business transformations.
8. 其他主管交辦事項及人資行政管理 / Ad Hoc Tasks & HR Administration
- 完成人資相關行政事務與上級指派之專案,並協助內部流程順暢執行。
- Handle HR administration tasks and special projects assigned by management to ensure smooth operations.
