Description: China Labor Watch (CLW) is seeking candidates to assist in project research, financial management, and administrative tasks. The incumbent will work closely with CLW personnel, contributing to project development, conducting interviews, engaging with laborers, advocating in China, and managing office duties as necessary. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Duties: Manage daily office operations, including answering phone calls, processing emails, and organizing documents. Assist in scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and recording meeting minutes. Facilitate internal and external communication and coordination. Oversee the management and procurement of office equipment and supplies. Administer employee attendance and payroll calculations. Support project management activities. Aid in organizing company events and providing other administrative support as needed. Perform translation between Chinese and English as required. Financial Accounting: Perform daily financial data entry and bookkeeping tasks. Prepare and manage budgets. Qualifications: Education: Associate degree or above, preferably in Administration, Financial Management, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Over one year of experience as an administrative assistant or in a related financial role is preferred. Skills: Proficient in office software (e.g., Word, Excel, Asana), with familiarity in financial software (e.g., QuickBooks) preferred. Language Requirements: Must be proficient in reading and writing both Chinese and English.
