Job Title: Product Marketing Manager (PMM) – AIDC (Auto-ID & Data Capture)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Marketing Manager (PMM) to lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for our AIDC product portfolio, including barcode scanners, RFID systems, mobile computers, and related solutions. This role bridges product management, sales, and marketing, requiring a deep understanding of customer needs, competitive dynamics, and market trends. The ideal candidate will drive product positioning, lifecycle management, and sales enablement to maximize product competitiveness and value.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Market & Competitive Analysis:
*Conduct comprehensive market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats.
*Provide actionable insights through competitive intelligence and industry benchmarking.
2. Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy:
*Develop and execute GTM strategies for AIDC products, tailored to target industries (e.g., logistics, retail, manufacturing, healthcare).
*Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions to differentiate offerings in the market.
3. Product Lifecycle Management:
*Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from launch to end-of-life, ensuring continuous improvement and competitiveness.
*Collaborate with Product Management to refine roadmaps based on market feedback and competitive analysis.
4. Sales Enablement & Customer Engagement:
*Create and deliver compelling sales tools (e.g., presentations, demos, case studies) to support the sales team.
*Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for AIDC products at trade shows, webinars, and customer meetings.
*Engage with key clients to understand their needs, guide product selection, and drive deal closures.
5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:
*Work closely with regional sales teams to localize campaigns and support key account growth.
*Align with marketing, engineering, and channel partners to ensure cohesive execution of product strategies.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience in product marketing, product management, or related roles, preferably in AIDC, industrial automation, or enterprise hardware/software.
• Proven track record in B2B marketing, technical product promotion, and sales enablement.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and collaborate with global teams (e.g., India, Southeast Asia, EMEA).
• Willingness to travel frequently to support market and customer initiatives.
Preferred Experience:
• Familiarity with industrial automation systems (e.g., MES, MRP), AIDC technologies (barcode, RFID), or related solutions.
• Experience in electronics manufacturing, logistics, or emerging markets.
• Background in technical sales support or customer-facing roles.
