Payroll Operations
• Responsible for managing SSG Taiwan’s payroll including directly administering to ensure all regular payroll and year end tasks are done accurately and on time
• Maintain and regularly check attendance records in the system; verify and ensure employee attendance, leave records, etc. are aligned
• Collaborate with Finance at year-end and during the year through activities such as: payroll journal entries, payroll accruals, and any payroll or labor cost related analysis
•Investigate payroll issues, identifying causes, formulating recommendations for resolution of issues, implement approved solutions and ensure issues are fully resolved
• Support HR manager to prepare the evidence/records for routine auditing schedule
•Primary contact for Labor Insurance inquiries; ensure policy compliance.
HR Operations
• Responsible for the upkeep, maintenance, and accuracy of data in local HRIS (Apollo) and global HRIS (Workday)
• Identify and report any inconsistencies between the two HRIS; help troubleshoot and ensure the systems integrate correctly
• Participate and support change management activities relating to new system implementation; provide support to users, in particular line managers, to ensure successful new systems and process adoption
• Issue HR documentation as requested (i.e., service certificate, status change notice, etc.)
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support as requested
