This role focuses on analyzing platform policies, account behavior detection systems, and community dynamics on global platforms such as Reddit, PTT, Dcard, and X. You will help ensure effective brand positioning, strategic content interaction, and long-term reputation management across online communities. The ideal candidate understands the inner workings of social media and forum platforms and is capable of identifying, analyzing, and working around platform-level restrictions in a compliant, secure, and well-structured manner. 【Key Responsibilities】 1. Research and monitor policies and detection mechanisms of major platforms (e.g., Reddit anti-abuse systems, account restrictions, shadowbanning rules) 2. Design and manage multi-account architecture strategies for reputation-related operations 3. Develop and maintain solutions for operating within platform guidelines while maximizing engagement flexibility 4. Collaborate with strategic and content teams to plan and execute structured interaction flows and identity management 5. Handle troubleshooting of access issues, account bans, or flagging incidents with proactive response plans 6. Use or support the development of basic tools (scripts, proxy systems, automation flows) to assist with efficiency and scalability 7. Track ongoing platform updates and security policies to adapt strategy accordingly 【Required Qualifications】 1. Familiarity with Reddit, PTT, Dcard, Discord, and similar community-driven platforms 2. Understanding of online detection techniques such as browser fingerprinting, IP tracking, and cookie-based ID tracing 3. Comfortable researching and experimenting with platform limitations, rules, and abuse prevention systems 4. Able to document findings and suggest actionable technical solutions 5. Strong analytical mindset, disciplined execution, and attention to detail 6.
