【Job Description】
As a Sales Specialist, you will act as the bridge between the company and our clients, helping to maintain stable and positive relationships, and ensuring the smooth completion of each order. You will be responsible for managing the entire process, from negotiation to delivery, ensuring customer satisfaction and boosting performance.
Maintain close communication with domestic and international clients to build long-term relationships
Monitor order progress, including production processes, inventory management, and payment status, ensuring every step is accurate
Confirm contracts and transaction terms, provide precise quotations, and follow up on order confirmation
Handle customer complaints and issues, coordinating internal and external resources to resolve problems quickly and improve customer satisfaction
