♦ What You’ll Do
☑ Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via email — like order questions, returns, or basic tech stuff.......
☑ Tech Assistance: Help customers resolve basic technical issues and escalate complex cases to the right teams.
☑ Relationship Building: Show empathy, patience, and professionalism in every interaction.
☑ Feedback Loop: Share customer insights and suggestions to help us improve our processes and services.
☑ Team Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to enhance the overall customer experience and refine support documentation.
♦ What You Bring
✂ Must-Have Skills:
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or a related field (Associate’s degree with experience is also welcome!)
2.1–2 years of experience in customer service or technical support
3.Ability to troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues
4.Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
5.Familiarity with customer service tools (e.g., Zendesk)
6.Comfortable communicating in English (most through email.)
✂ Nice-to-Have Skills (Bonus Points!):
1.Experience supporting international customers
2.Background in e-commerce or tech products
