Come join us now. Position Purpose: You are the process owner for the monthly Demand & Supply Planning cycle. You will work with cross-functional teams to assure tight alignment in forecast and financial plans and ensure that requirements are fulfilled effectively. In short run, you also need to coordinate with various stakeholders such as freight forwarders, suppliers, custom clearance team, to ensure inbound flow (from order processing to goods receipt) is timely and accurate. Description of Duties: • Support the overall business by providing clear visibility on business risk and opportunity during each monthly business planning cycle • Lead all monthly forecast meetings for own brands • Conduct historical sales analysis and data cleansing to build baseline forecast • Be the process controller and co-ordinate with multi-functional teams to develop consensus forecast, incorporating sales & marketing promotion and new launch activities • Reconcile the difference between unconstrained forecast and supply plan • Manage supply planning parameters to meet KPI, including DOI, SLOB, purchase target, etc. • Processing orders, shipping documents, and invoices.
