Dyaco International Inc. is seeking a creative and results-driven E-Commerce & Social Media Specialist to support the growth of our online presence and digital sales. This role combines e-commerce management, social media strategy, and content creation to drive sales, engagement, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in e-commerce and social media management, with a strong understanding of SEO, paid advertising, and social media analytics.
E-Commerce Management
Execute strategies to grow e-commerce channels, focusing on Amazon and Shopify.
Optimize sales funnels and improve website and product page conversion rates through A/B testing and user journey analysis.
Assist in managing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Amazon Ads, and social media platforms, optimizing performance for ROAS, CPA, and CTR.
Collaborate with inventory teams to align stock levels with sales forecasts.
Track and analyze e-commerce performance metrics, identifying trends and recommending strategies for growth.
Social Media Strategy & Management
Develop and execute social media strategies to grow engagement and brand awareness across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Reddit.
Create, schedule, and publish platform-specific content, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and goals.
Actively engage with communities on Reddit, promoting content while adhering to platform etiquette.
Respond to audience interactions, fostering community engagement and strengthening brand loyalty.
Identify trends and emerging social media opportunities to enhance audience reach and engagement.
Content Creation
Write and edit engaging content for blogs, email campaigns, product pages, and social media posts.
Develop multimedia content (graphics, videos) in collaboration with designers to support campaigns.
Ensure all content is SEO-optimized to improve organic search performance and website traffic.
Maintain content calendars to ensure consistent and strategic messaging across e-commerce and social media platforms.
Analytics and Reporting
Use tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) to track performance metrics.
Prepare regular reports on e-commerce, social media, and content performance, with actionable insights to improve strategies.
