Scope of Position:

▋技術行銷工程師實習職務說明
• 透過TI海內外跨部門的合作,進而了解產品從設計,開發,量產,行銷,訂價,供貨的整個生命週期,並發展年度商業成長計畫
• 透過競品分析,進而了解TI市場戰略優勢, 與客戶建立策略性的關係.
• 了解TI系統及產品,反應客戶需求及市場資訊給研發暨行銷團隊做為未來產品開發或訂價的參考
• Define the opportunity at each of your accounts, including understanding the complete list of customer projects, content opportunities, and decision-makers
• Understand your numbers, including baseline vs. new project revenue (NPR) at each customer; have your numbers grounded in project plans
• Find and kick off all your projects at customers proactively; find projects early
• Create action plans to maximize TI content at each account and on each customer project; follow-up once projects are in production with a closed-loop BOM (Bill of Materials) process
• Be able to maximize TI revenue through understanding of supply chains, revenue tracking and competitor displacement opportunities

Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for an Manufacturing Operations Intern to be responsible for evaluating and supporting our manufacturing operations.
Responsibilities include:
• Maintain capacity modeling data integrity via engineering change control monitoring and frequent communication with tool owners to ensure model readiness
• Gather the information required and to understanding capacity analysis and production impact
• Performing “what-if” analysis on business changes
• Collect and validate data via stopwatch time studies and automation logs analysis, to analyze throughput impact of various process changes
• Identify opportunities to improve cycle time and increase our capacity models’ ability to support operational decision making
• Assist tool owners to understand capacity impacts associated with process changes
• Identify tools/moves required to support starts mix shift due to business change
• Provide information for management reviews of operational performance
• Determine starts and mixes that we can support for the current time period and for the future look-ahead based on our capacity, constraints, available tools, tool performance and future process releases scheduled in our factory
• Provide a list of focused toolsets for the modules to work on in the coming quarter
• Optimize, develop, implement and maintain methods, operation sequence, equipment layout, and processes in the fabrication of wafers
• Provide capacity analysis and cost analysis support for decision making
• Perform equipment loading studies and determining methods for flow linearization and reduction in variation
• Interface with engineering, manufacturing, and planning/coordinating the release of new methods, flows, and processes
• Estimate manufacturing cost, determining time standards, and making recommendations for tooling and process requirements of new or existing process flows
• Maintain records and reporting systems for measurement of manufacturing operations
• Analyze large data sets
- Solving basic chamber matching issues
- Solving basic run-to-run process stability issues
- Complete data log analysis and find out opportunity gaps of recipe healthiness
- Understanding basic process challenges and draft plan for at least one of the stages
The Intern Program in Taiwan is a 1-year program designed to provide a comprehensive and engaging experience for interns, while also cultivating a mindset among managers to develop and nurture emerging talent within the organization. The program will start from 1 July and will focus on building a strong foundation for interns to grow and develop their skills, with the goal of retaining high-potential interns as internal employees.
We are looking for an enthusiastic intern to join the Infineon Wi-Fi System Design Engineering team in a supporting role for System bringup and development. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with technical experts on chip and system development, to experience on system design work flows, and assist with various technical activities.
Responsibilities:
In your new role, you will:
• System Bringup and Development:
o Involving design or implementation on 802.11 MAC block, or transceiver physical layer architecture and algorithm.
o Capability of system analysis, wireless connectivity chip firmware and chip verification are highly desired.
o Under guidance, capability of work independently on research and new technologies, driving tasks and issues to closure are required.
• Team Assignments:
o Support tech activities in the lab.
o Participate in other technical and team assignments as needed.
Qualifications:
You are best equipped for this task if you are:
• Educational Background:
o Currently a Master student, preferably in Science, Electrical Engineering (EE), Communication, or RF.
• Skills and Attributes:
1. Skills and Knowhow:
• Familiar with C, Matlab language.
• Experience on embedded system development or realtime operation system development.
• Knowledge to IEEE 802.11 MAC/PHY protocol or wireless communication specification is a major plus.
• Experience on ASIC design practice, or FPGA development and evaluation experience is a major plus.
• Experience of RF Microwave circuit architecture, design or measurement is a major plus.
• Familiar with TCL/Python script experience is a plus.
• Experience on exercising Linux platform is a plus
• Experience on print circuit board schematic and layout is a plus.
2. Instrumentation: Basic knowledge of monitoring and operating laboratory instruments.
3. Tech Support: Willing to support various tech activities in the lab.
4. Communication Skills: Basic English communication skills; additional proficiency is a plus.
5. Personality Traits: Self-motivated, willing to learn, open-minded, and eager to communicate and collaborate with the team.
