Job Description
1.Plan sales campaigns tailored to different customer segments

As a Content Moderation Specialist, you will:
1. Ensure all streaming content in 17LIVE APP complies with our community guidelines.
This includes:
➢Live streams
➢Short clips
➢Posts/profile pictures
➢Comments
2. Answer customer support messages
3. Report any (UI) issues in the app
4. Gather feedback from users and work with the engineering team
5. Provide support to other teams
Working hours:
Night shift: 17:00-01:00 (8 hrs, shifts are not required)
Preferred requirements:
1. Interest in making the best of your language ability
2. Good command of Japanese (JLPT N2 and above)
3. Strong resilience and professional customer service skills
4. Excellent writing/typing abilities (50 WPM)
5. Willingness to work in shifts

We are currently hiring for Executive Assistant to join us:
As an executive assistant, you need to play as a key coordinator to not only sync the engineering department status with different departments but also negotiate for confirming critical tech features landing. You should also be sensitive about collaboration stuck issue and work with upper managers to overcome the issues. Moreover, you are required to negotiate with different departments or external vendors to make sure Engineering department can provide the completed services to contribute company’s objectives. In other words, we prefer a good communication talent to join us.
Tasks
- Engineering Head Schedule Arrangement.
- Engineering Performance review schedule coordination with HR BP.
- Engineering all hands meeting supporting.
- Stakeholders negotiation to make sure the developed features or services can fulfill their needs.
- Collect the feedbacks about engineering from stakeholders and be the main owner to support the improvement plan if need.
- External vendors negotiation for features development cooperation.
- Main contact of Engineering PR opportunities.
Requirements
Must be
- Be familiar with English.
- 3 years experience of Executive Assistant at least.
- Has working experience of IT related industry.
- Good communication and negotiation abilities.
- Has experience to solve critical and complex problems.
Nice to have
- Be familiar with Japanese language.
- Has computer science background.
