The Customer Support Team Lead works on different multilingual projects and works closely with the agents, clients, and Operations Manager putting both client and agent satisfaction as a priority and also own the success of the projects.
The Customer Support Team Lead will also own the success of the projects and will be in charge of managing, leading, motivating, coaching and training to their teams as well as creating schedules and perform tasks based on the clients' requirement.
Key Functions:
• Manage, set goals, lead, and motivate teams (team size average 5-10 agents remotely)
• Proactively solve project issues with the teams and Operations Manager, before they impact the project.
• Make sure both the Operations Manager and teams are aware of project status;
• Constant monitoring and management of ticket databases to ensure quality and productivity are meeting project KPIs and SLAs;
• Create CRM/tool views for better visibility and reporting
• Check daily reports regularly to spot and address any anomalies
• Responsible for the upkeep of the studio policy, process, and security.
• Provide reports to the Operations Manager and client;
• Review agents' daily reports and tickets for coaching opportunities;
• Perform regular quality control checks according to the project's defined process;

B. Job Responsibilities
- Work at elementary or junior high schools in Taipei City.
- Assist local teachers in teaching various subjects.
- Create a relaxed and natural English learning environment for students, inspire their motivation to learn, and encourage them to speak English confidently.
- Design and implement engaging learning activities, and assist with the English Corner activities at each school.
- Classroom management and ability to maintain discipline and run the class effectively.
- Regularly attend TLI teacher training sessions and meetings.
- Adhere to the host school's policies and follow the guidance of TLI supervisors.
- Be open to periodic observations and evaluations of teaching performance.
C. Working Hours
- Full availability from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. The exact arrival and departure times are subject to the regulations of each individual school and may vary slightly.
- Teaching 20 hours maximum a week (Monday to Friday).
- Stay on campus as needed during working hours to prepare for teaching-related tasks.
- No departure from the campus is permitted without prior approval from both the school and TLI, even if there are no scheduled classes.
- No on-site service is required during the winter and summer vacation periods.

Responsibilities
Responsible for data entry of customer order and inform customer on the confirmation date of delivery
Compile various reports as required
Perform vendor stock checking
Follow up with sample orders
Monitor customer payment status
Update customer portals with expedites and order acknowledges outside of our system
Review and release credit hold report in CRM system and communicate with credit team
Create proforma and commercial invoices for customers as requested
Coordination with freight carriers for any shipment issues
Requirements
Diploma holder or above, preferably in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
