Position Summary:
In charge of developing PH Online Ordering System (OLO) sales by enhance traffic, conversion rate (CVR) and ticket average (TA). Leverage media agencies and affiliate partners to engage consumer ordering online.
【Strategy and Sales】
- Execute PH OLO sales strategy to meet the annual objective.
- Grow owned online sales thru traffic/customer base growth thru managing/grow/develop traffic source (eg. Search (SEO/SEM), Affiliate, APP, Line, etc) measured by ROAS/ROI.
- Grow CVR and TA thru Martech/ UIUX improvement and quick-ordering scenario by working with UX planner/digital-tech service team.
- Closely work with MKT team thru full funnel management for assigned marketing product campaigns to drive lower funnel performance thru work with CRM, performance agency.
- Grow and operate affiliate marketing to achieve sales target.
【Data Analysis】
- Analyzing OLO sales and owned media performance with data-supported conclusions/actions.
- Work with data team for deeper analysis for better sales improvement.
【Agency】
- Manage agencies to optimize the investment.
- Learn/apply new practices and tools from the market to get digital experience initiatives.
【Project management and Communication】
- Develop/implement assigned projects to grow OLO sales measured by ROAS/ROI.

As a key member of the Digital Marketing Team, you will manage our e-commerce platform performance and web operations from end to end—working across product, UX/UI, MIS, and regional stakeholders to deliver a high-performing, conversion-optimized experience. What You Will Do
-Strategic Planning & Execution: Plan and execute e-commerce strategies and campaigns aligned with business and marketing goals.

-Platform Management: Lead the development and ongoing management of e-commerce platforms, ensuring content accuracy, user alignment, and on-time delivery with external vendors.
-System Integration: Collaborate with MIS to enhance performance and integrate backend systems (e.g., SAP, ERP, CRM, payment gateways).
-Cross-Functional Alignment: Facilitate collaboration between product marketing, UX/UI, and external vendors to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.

Develop the business plan including the annual budget for E-Commerce which will outline objectives, strategy, tactics and milestones to achieve overall financial goals for product sales, margin & operating income, as well as coming up with strategies on providing an excellent shopping experience.

•處理退貨與退款系統設定,確保流程順暢。
3.數據與流量優化
•定期分析消費者行為,設計提升新客轉化率與老客復購率的營銷活動。
•運用 SEO 提升自然流量並分析站外廣告效益(如 ROAS 優化)。
•策劃並執行促銷活動,監控成效並進行優化。
4.日常運營與流程改進
•制定並優化日常運營流程(如 SOP、出貨表、業績表),提升效率。
