職位概述:
本公司為專注於國際市場的出口貿易企業,目前誠徵業務助理,以協助業務部門處理國際貿易相關事務,並與客戶、供應商及內部團隊保持有效溝通,確保業務運營順暢。本職位適合細心負責、積極主動,並對國際貿易與銷售有興趣的人才。
主要職責:
協助處理客戶訂單,跟進訂單進度,確保準時交貨。
準備、整理及歸檔報價單、合約及其他業務相關文件。
協調內部部門,確保訂單順利執行。
處理客戶詢問,提供基本產品資訊,維護客戶關係。
與報關及物流公司聯繫,確保出貨及出口流程順利進行。
執行管理層交辦的其他任務。
任職資格:
大專以上學歷,商業、國際貿易、行銷或相關科系畢業者尤佳。
具備至少一年業務助理、貿易助理或相關工作經驗者優先考慮。
熟悉國際貿易流程及出口業務者佳。
具備基本英語聽、說、讀、寫能力,能與海外客戶溝通者尤佳。
熟練使用 Microsoft Office(Excel、Word、PowerPoint)及其他辦公軟體。
具備良好的溝通能力、團隊合作精神及抗壓能力。
細心負責,具備良好時間管理能力,能同時處理多項任務。

Job Title: Sales Assistant

Job Summary:Our company is an export trading enterprise focused on international markets. We are currently seeking a Sales Assistant to support the sales department in handling international trade-related matters and maintaining effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth business operations. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals with a proactive attitude and an interest in international trade and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling customer orders, tracking order progress, and ensuring timely delivery.
Prepare, organize, and archive quotations, contracts, and other sales-related documents.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order execution.
Handle customer inquiries, provide basic product information, and maintain customer relationships.
Liaise with customs and logistics companies to ensure smooth shipping and export processes.
Perform other tasks assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Associate degree or above, preferably in business, international trade, marketing, or related fields.
At least one year of experience in sales assistance, trade assistance, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with international trade procedures and export business is a plus.
Basic proficiency in English for listening, speaking, reading, and writing; ability to communicate with overseas clients is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and other office software.
Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, and ability to work under pressure.
Detail-oriented, responsible, and good at time management, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
