- Assist in designing and implementing processes covering organizational design, talent development, talent strategy, performance management, and promotion systems.
- Propose improvement suggestions for process execution effectiveness and collaborate with relevant departments to optimize practices.
2. 跨部門專案推動與進度管理
- 負責跨部門(部級)組織發展專案的推動,包含專案計畫擬定、資源協調與進度追蹤。
- 定期召開專案會議,蒐集執行過程中的議題、挑戰與風險,並提出應對建議。
2. Promotion and Progress Management of Cross-Departmental Projects
- Responsible for promoting cross-departmental (department-level) organizational development projects, including project planning, resource coordination, and progress tracking.
- Regularly hold project meetings to collect issues, challenges, and risks during execution, and propose countermeasures.
3. 專案變動與資源管理
- 針對專案進度變動、成本調整或資源追加等情況,提出具體需求與替代方案。
- 協助確保專案如期如質完成,並維持與業務目標一致。

- Propose specific requirements and alternatives for project progress changes, cost adjustments, or resource additions.
- Assist in ensuring projects are completed on time and with quality, and remain aligned with business goals.
4. 關係人溝通與議題解決
- 辨識並與內外部重要關係人(如主管、HRBP、合作單位)進行溝通,釐清需求與期望。
- 協助解決流程執行中的核心議題,促進共識與合作。
4. Stakeholder Communication and Issue Resolution
- Identify and communicate with internal and external key stakeholders (e.g., managers, HRBP, cooperating units) to clarify needs and expectations.
- Assist in resolving core issues in process execution, promoting consensus and cooperation.
5. 資料分析與報告製作
- 協助彙整專案與流程執行數據,製作簡報與報告供內部溝通與決策參考。

- Assist in compiling project and process execution data, and prepare presentations and reports for internal communication and decision-making.
