KONTEX is a leader in neuromonitoring technology, providing cutting-edge solutions that enhance neurological research and clinical applications. Our innovative products bridge the gap between neuroscience and engineering, enabling researchers and clinicians to gain deeper insights into brain function.
We are looking for a highly technical and motivated individual to lead our global sales efforts. Unlike traditional sales roles, this position is best suited for someone with a strong engineering or science background rather than just years of sales experience. If you are passionate about neuroscience, biomedical technology, and problem-solving, and you have the communication skills to help others understand complex scientific concepts, we encourage you to apply—even if you’re early in your career.
Role Overview
As the Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing global sales strategies, engaging directly with researchers and clinicians, and ensuring our distributors and customers fully understand the value of our neuromonitoring solutions.
This role is ideal for a scientifically inclined individual with strong communication and writing skills who enjoys explaining advanced technology and working hands-on with innovative biomedical tools. If you have a background in engineering, neuroscience, physics, or biomedical sciences and want to transition into a commercial role while staying deeply connected to science and technology, this could be the perfect opportunity.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute global sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
- Conduct workshops, in vivo demonstrations, and training sessions to showcase our technology to researchers, clinicians, and industry partners.
- Create, review, and optimize all sales-related materials, including white papers, presentations, sales decks, product documentation, website content, and promotional videos. (Strong writing skills are essential.)
- Manage relationships with distributors in key markets (North America, Europe, China, Japan), providing them with technical training and support.
- Respond to customer and distributor inquiries with clear, well-structured explanations of our technology and its applications.
- Work closely with internal teams (engineering, marketing, product development) to align sales strategies with product evolution.
- Monitor industry trends and customer needs to refine sales tactics and identify new business opportunities.
Who We’re Looking For
- Strong technical aptitude – A solid understanding of engineering, neuroscience, biomedical technology, physics, or a related field is more important than traditional sales experience.
- Excellent writing & communication skills – Must be able to create clear, concise, and engaging content to explain our products to scientific and business audiences.
- Passion for science and problem-solving – A strong interest in neuromonitoring, electrophysiology, or medical technology.
- Hands-on mentality – Comfortable leading live demonstrations and engaging with customers in research or clinical settings.
- Adaptability & curiosity – Willingness to learn sales strategies and develop commercial skills while leveraging your technical background.
- Proficiency in English – Native or fluent English skills are required
