配合會計師查核及審核財/稅務報表,協助年度審計準備工作。
協助ERP建置、AI工具使用及自動化相關財會流程優化專案。
其他主管交辦事項。
【Who we are looking for】
有會計師事務所三年以上經驗及公司規模百人以上主辦會計工作經驗者。
熟悉Excel,具備底稿製作技能。
表達及溝通能力佳,具備團隊意識及具備誠信正直的人格特質。
具備系統建置及流程優化經驗。
具管理經驗,包含但不限於正式組織、專案型組織。

We are seeking an adaptable, strategic, and results-driven E-Commerce PM to lead the evolution of our global e-commerce presence. This role will be instrumental in driving online sales growth, enhancing the customer journey, and aligning our platform with overall business objectives through data-driven strategies.
As a key member of the Digital Marketing Team, you will manage our e-commerce platform performance and web operations from end to end—working across product, UX/UI, MIS, and regional stakeholders to deliver a high-performing, conversion-optimized experience. -Strategic Planning & Execution: Plan and execute e-commerce strategies and campaigns aligned with business and marketing goals.

[Role Overview]
As a Product Manager for Search Advertising, you will be responsible for driving data-driven experimentation and new product features for our performance marketing team. Specifically, you will own the planning, execution and optimization of experiments across our Search Marketing campaigns. You will leverage these experiments to develop internal marketing platform features to grow and optimize Coupang’s search keyword assets, shopping product feed and other areas vital to our Search business. As a member of Coupang Taiwan’s Growth Product team, you will drive performance marketing objectives by leveraging Coupang's marketing tech as well as the Google Ads tech stack to provide a continuous framework for marketing innovation.

[What You Will Do]
• Define and manage experimentation pipeline for Coupang's performance marketing campaigns on Google Ads.
• Define and develop platform features for our internal Search Marketing systems related to keyword automation, shopping product feed automation, campaign optimization and more.
• Engage technical counterparts at Google to enable product innovations to scale our Google Search and Shopping campaigns.
• Partner with our performance marketing team to review key metrics and achieve business goals for our paid search campaigns.
• Develop and drive new features for Coupang’s marketing tech platform to grow and automate our search advertising business.
[Essential Qualifications]
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in science or engineering.
• 3+ years of experience with Google Ads ecosystem and related products.
• Experience running marketing experiments (e.g., A/B testing, incrementality testing).
• Experience owning/driving programs across cross functional teams.
• Ability to take initiative and ownership in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong English skills (both verbal and written).

【工作內容】
1. Conduct in-depth data analyses: Derive actionable business strategies and opportunities for merchant and marketing growth, key stakeholders being merchant growth team and Account management team (sales).
2. Dashboard building and Monitoring: Monitor and track key metrics that help the cross-functional team to make decisions efficiently
3. Automate and optimize critical workflows, liberating time for our local teams to focus on strategic business goals and exceptional client service.
4. Design, create, and effectively manage data pipelines to ensure seamless data flow and accessibility, enabling informed decision-making.
